Key Accountabilities

  • Create and implement architecture designs, define technology approaches/processes and develop high-level design artifacts.
  • Promote process automation in the CARE domain through solution creation and successful implementation.
  • Develop Java/microservice solutions as per sprint objectives and drive project implementations forward.
  • Support management in growing the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice.
  • Build proof of concepts and enhance BPMN/Camunda capabilities within VOIS.
  • Mentor and train Java developers on Camunda BPMN to upskill their knowledge and expertise.

Core Competencies

  • Familiarity with Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, SOA/Microservice architecture using Camunda.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java development, including good knowledge of Java design patterns particularly related to Microservices.
  • Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (Kafka).
  • Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot, along with a good grasp of CI/CD tools.

This position plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in designing and implementing process automation in the CARE domain, leveraging skills in Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical skills in Java development, microservices architecture, and Camunda Engine. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and event-driven architecture is also essential. A solid understanding of SOA/Microservice architecture and BPMN business processes will be valuable assets in this position.
