About the Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to contribute to the creation of unique and memorable guest experiences in our boutique properties across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and style interiors and exteriors for our luxury properties, combining creativity, nature, and comfort.
  • Support layout planning and project execution from concept to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration with vendors and teams.
  • Research new design materials, trends, and concepts to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Contribute innovative ideas during property scouting and evaluations, driving growth and excellence.
  • Refresh and style existing properties in line with our brand standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners as required, fostering effective communication and results-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in interior design through coursework, projects, or internships, with a solid understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, with a flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Capacity to travel to different locations across India, with a valid passport and any necessary visas.
