Financial Reporting Manager

At CA Monk, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including compliance with all IRDAI reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including SEBI LODR disclosure requirements.
  • Manage and analyze subsidiary company accounts, liaising with auditors and addressing board requirements.
  • Prepare consolidated accounts and notes, ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure timely submission of IRDAI reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
  • Contribute to the preparation of notes for standalone and consolidated accounts, complying with regulations and accounting standards.
  • Support promoter/parent company reporting, including IndAS, US GAAP, and other necessary frameworks.
  • Assist in year-end and quarterly reporting, including MD&A annual reports and related party disclosures.
  • Identify automation needs and coordinate with IT for implementation.
  • Analyze competitors' performance and highlight best practices in the industry.

Requirements:

  • CA with 12 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • Financial report preparation and analysis.
  • IRDAI accounting and reporting regulations, importantly finance-related.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office.
  • Accounting standards knowledge.
