Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth through the development of strong relationships with key customers and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions

In addition to their technical skills and experience, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To achieve individual sales target by identifying, developing and maintaining business relationships with major customers.
  2. To work closely with Branch in providing support for resolution of delinquent and escalation cases.
  3. To ensure timely resolution of all discrepancies raised during application processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
