Structural Design Engineer - Petrochemical Expertise

Job Description:

  • As a structural design engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engineering solutions for petrochemical plants.
  • You will work on basic and detail design engineering activities, including preparation and review of contract specifications, design calculations, and procurement specifications.
  • Interface with other disciplines, user departments, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to estimation and engineering work related to bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil and structural engineering.
  • Proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP, and STAAD Foundation software.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel and reinforced concrete design and detailing for process and non-process buildings, machine foundations, pipe racks, and factory buildings.
  • Experience with international codes and standards is desirable.
  • Responsible for quality checks and quality assurance of reviewed drawings.
