About This Role

We're seeking an e-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to scale online stores through Google and Meta Ads, driving results-oriented campaigns that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on e-commerce funnels.
  • Test strategies, creatives, and audiences to boost ROAS and customer acquisition.
  • Run remarketing campaigns to bring shoppers back and increase lifetime value.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, AOV, LTV) and turn data into actionable insights.
