Customer Lifecycle Manager

Objective: Develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, with experience in developing and executing cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for collaborating with analytics, BI, data science, and finance teams to optimize lifecycle measurement and create a comprehensive view of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Integrate data from various sources to create a 360-degree view of customer behavior
- Drive efficiencies across marketing functions by streamlining processes and implementing best practices
- Support the planning and prioritization of initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
