This role is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth through effective relationship management and sales process execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals;">
  • Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities;">
  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results and meet business targets and profitability;">
  • Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales and implement growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies;">
  • Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies;">
  • Use understanding of markets/competition/processes/products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team;">
