About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Director to lead and manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple brand verticals.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in account management or social media roles in advertising/digital agencies.

Responsibilities include leading ATL and social media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, managing on-ground activations, and driving client satisfaction.

Required skills include strong understanding of ATL and Social Media campaign management, ability to multitask, travel for on-ground work, and manage high-pressure timelines.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in working with brand teams and agency partners, and a go-getter attitude with the ability to work discreetly and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end ATL and social media campaigns across multiple brand verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media, production) to ensure seamless and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage ATL campaigns along with social media initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Oversee on-ground activations, events, and shoot coordination as required.
  • Drive day-to-day client communication, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or social media roles in advertising/digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and Social Media campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience in working with brand teams and agency partners.
  • Ability to multitask, travel for on-ground work, and manage high-pressure timelines.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to work discreetly and independently.
