Job Description

As a SAP MM/WM Rollout Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA at our client sites. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and drive all rollout-related activities for the SAP MM/WM module, ensuring a seamless and efficient implementation process.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and drive all rollout-related activities for the SAP MM/WM module, including Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and System-Test sessions.
  • Ensure an efficient and compliant rollout at the site for the SAP module, including data migration and validation.
  • Operate JIRA to steer the development of the referring IT teams and write user stories to define business requirements.
  • Coordinate data migration actions to meet the System-Test schedule and validate migrated data in the Test- and Productive Systems.
  • Create and execute the Cutover Plan before Go-Live and organize Post GoLive activities for the respective SAP Module.
  • Establish a constant exchange between local key users, power users, and the location lead.
  • Train local key users, including building up training plans for end users/power users.
  • Coordinate the rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc) in close exchange with the BA-, Country, and Location teams for the respective SAP stream/SAP module.
  • Substitute/represent the Rollout Lead on request.
  • Gain full process overview for the respective SAP modules, including good knowledge of other SAP modules.
Qualifications
  • Academic degree as an Industrial Engineer, Computer Scientist, Business Manager, or comparable experience through several years of practical work.
  • Minimum 3 years in the SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module.
  • Minimum 3 years in a multinational environment.
  • Successful realization of at least one global/regional project.
  • Leading change.
  • Communicate effectively within diverse teams.
  • Good SAP knowledge for the respective SAP module.
  • Data analysis affinity.
  • Ability to create transparency.
  • Project management skills.
  • English: fluent in speaking and writing.
  • Business process knowledge (Preferred: Experience in the operational business had already as LKU, CKU, etc).
  • Ability to think cross-BA/cross-functions.
  • Problem-solving affinity.
  • Ability to work in high-visibility jobs.
  • Communication skills with different management levels and cultural styles.
  • Management and guidance of personnel in multinational, worldwide teams.
Additional Information

Project Management

Apply concepts for a proper SAP rollout, including implementing SAP MM/WM as a member of the project team, attending design, test, and Go Live support sessions. Ensure proper Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and Test Session for the respective SAP module. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all data migration questions for the respective SAP module. Drive and execute the Cutover Planning. Operate JIRA to steer the development of the referring IT teams and write user stories to define business requirements.

People Management

Act as an ambassador of the entire IMp@CT Team (Core Team & Rollout Team). Ensure a high knowledge level of local key users. Balance workload within the teams.

Networking

Identify and frequently exchange with major stakeholders/influencers. Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for all local tasks.

Knowledge Management

Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about SAP standards and customizing within ContiTech. Ensure utilization of lessons learned. Coordinate the train-the-trainer concept.

Business Consulting

Consulting to define the Best Of Standard SAP business process and referring transactions/SAP Fiori apps for a product group per region. Supporting and consulting the local plant in questions or problems related to the SAP S4 rollout. Act as the primary contact for SAP rollout-related questions. Ensure documentation of SAP rollout activities. Guide the local team during all project phases (Kick-Off - HyperCare).

IT Strategy

Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about the IT roadmap. Ensure realization of prioritized projects according to the IT roadmap.
