Job Overview
  • We seek an exceptional Operations Coordinator to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for real-time queue monitoring, sending intraday reporting, managing client interactions, and tracking floor activities in terms of adherence to defined processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure analysts are available on phones/chats as per business model requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-time Queue Monitoring: Monitor and manage queues to optimize service levels and minimize wait times.
  • Intraday Reporting: Send hourly interval reports and productivity reports to stakeholders.
  • Client Interaction Management: Manage client interactions to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Floor Activity Tracking: Track and document real-time floor activities, ensuring adherence to defined processes.
  • Analyst Availability: Ensure analysts are available on phones/chats as per business model requirements.

Location: Our team is located across Navi Mumbai, Gurugram, Indore, and Mohali.
