Key Architectural Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Architect with expertise in machine learning to join our organization. This key role will focus on developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models, designing prompts for enhanced model responses, and applying generative AI techniques.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Agentic AI Development: Design, develop, and optimize domain adaptive agentic AI systems that facilitate the automation of business processes.
  • LLM Fine-Tuning: Collaborate with large-scale pre-trained models to fine-tune using PEFT, SFT techniques, adapting them for specific applications and domains. Evaluate and optimize for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Prompt Engineering: Design effective prompts using Chain of Thought, Few Shot techniques to enhance model responses, ensuring model outputs align with use case requirements.
  • AI Workflow Automation: Develop end-to-end workflows for AI solutions, encompassing data collection, preprocessing, training, deployment, and continuous improvement in production environments.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, comprising data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define AI product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Research and Development: Stay current with the latest research and developments in generative AI, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and related fields to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology.
  • Large-Scale Deployment: Deploy machine learning models at scale, optimizing for latency, throughput, and robustness in production environments.
