About the Role:

As an Associate Data Scientist for Large Language Models at RD&X Network, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing innovative solutions using Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop effective algorithms for multichannel budget and bid optimization specific to the Walled Garden AdTech ecosystem. Additionally, you will work on building large-scale Machine Learning models using customer and device data to gain actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data science problems
  • Design & develop effective algorithms for multichannel budget & bid optimization specific to Walled Garden AdTech ecosystem
  • Develop effective ways to perform customer segmentation, churn prediction, and build large-scale Machine Learning models using customer and device data
  • Work on Large Language Models (LLM) & Generative AI to create solutions catering to clients
  • Document and improve the existing algorithms and machine learning models over time
  • Develop metrics and key goals to measure the outcome of the proposed solutions
  • Be involved and participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, engineers, system administrators, and product teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLM) & Generative AI
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL to query, store, and manage large datasets
  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Good understanding of ML techniques like Model regularization, Boosting, Random Forests, Ensemble Methods, time series modeling
  • Knowledge of production-grade model deployment is a plus
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and Web services is a plus
  • Ability to transition seamlessly from complex analytics to simple/precise business implications
  • Excellent written and communication skills and strong team player
