About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our team at RD&X Network, a technology company offering transformational products and solutions. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into data science problems and developing effective algorithms for multichannel budget and bid optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and develop large-scale machine learning models using customer and device data to gain actionable insights
  • Work on Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI to create solutions that cater to clients
  • Document and improve existing algorithms and machine learning models
  • Develop metrics and key goals to measure the outcome of proposed solutions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Experience in working with Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL to query and manage large datasets
  • Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of production-grade model deployment and REST APIs
  • Excellent written and communication skills and strong team player
