We are looking for a skilled Service Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, along with the ability to manage and plan maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the service team for DG sets and industrial equipment
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints & service requests
  • Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with customers, fleet owners, and OEM for service requirements
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards
Eligibility:
  • Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
  • Any experience level considered (freshers with strong technical skills can apply)
  • English, Hindi & Gujarati language proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills
