Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, from planning and execution to quality control and continuous improvement.

  • Lead Production Team: Oversee daily operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Manage equipment maintenance, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory management to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and investigate defects to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and measure their impact on productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ Years of Experience: In a production management or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other relevant software applications.
