Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies aligned with our brand objectives.
  • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
