Job Title

The Master Data Management Specialist will oversee the precise and timely management of product, pricing, recipe, and store data. This position ensures accurate data across systems, supporting scalable finance operations in line with organizational growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage master data for products, prices, recipes, and store profiles.
  • Support new product development by setting up accurate product and recipe information in the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and validate data.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product corrections, reporting, and system mappings.
  • Work with the Tech team on system implementations and deployments.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and update master data for consistency and correctness.

Skill Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field (Finance).

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar MDM or finance support role.

Key Skills:

  • Strong business process knowledge and approval workflow expertise.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and data management tools.
  • Able to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
