Insurance Processing Specialist

About This Role

You will process transactions for the Underwriting Support Teams, communicate with the Onsite Team, and utilize your experience to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction processing for Underwriting Support Teams
  • Communicating with the Onsite Team
  • Risk Clearance, Bind & Issue, Endorsement Processing, Renewal Processing
  • Customer service and articulation of resolution
  • Handling varied volumes of workloads and meeting targets and deadlines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Understanding of P&C products
  • Familiarity with the Underwriting lifecycle
  • Customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative, and innovation
  • Fluency in English language—both written and oral

We are looking for candidates who possess insurance domain awareness, good knowledge of MS Office, and preferred certifications such as IIA or equivalent. Knowledge of P&C insurance, US Underwriting, Policy binding and Issuance, Premium bearing & nonpremium bearing endorsement, and Renewal & Non-Renewal is also desirable.
