Job Description

As a strategic Demand/Supply Planner, you will drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution. This role is critical to our Sales & Operations Planning process, requiring collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure demand plans support our business goals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Leading monthly forecast review meetings and driving consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand.
  • Monitoring and analyzing forecast accuracy, identifying root causes for variances, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Managing supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Leveraging ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
