We are seeking a highly skilled AI engineer to design and implement industrial-grade AI systems that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.

About the Role
  • Design and develop multimodal AI models that integrate text, images, and tables from various sources.
  • Implement hybrid retrieval techniques with reranking to achieve high accuracy and explainability.
  • Develop domain embeddings for technical terminology and craft routing/prompting for efficient outputs.
  • Ingest and normalize diverse data sources, including ERP exports, legacy databases, SharePoint, and IoT streams.
  • Ship 10k+ document-type ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning for regulatory compliance.
  • Integrate external APIs for finance modules, such as SEC/DART.
  • Orchestrate ensemble decisioning with SLA < 10s and cost-optimized LLM flows.
  • Operate on AWS EKS, Postgres, Pinecone, Temporal/Argo, Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD with test & eval gates.
  • Build explanation layers (attribution, chain-of-evidence) and human-in-the-loop feedback.
  • Table/figure/annotation extraction, symbol detection, PDF vector parsing.
  • Lead deep-dive workshops and design PoCs that drive business growth.
  • Mentor client teams and internal engineers; author crisp technical docs fit for audits.
