We are seeking an expert in AI/ML development to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with our teams to create robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models without relying on third-party libraries.
  • Build custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing, decision-making, and interaction logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI model development.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning principles.
  • Proven experience building AI systems without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development, statistical modeling, and model evaluation.
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
