About the Job:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including tracking service level agreements, document management, planning, and critical data tracking for team members.
  • Data collection from the team, consolidation of data, and provision of summary reports for stakeholders with high accuracy.
  • Maintenance of project records, update of project plans, and tracking of competency development of the team.
  • Analyzing risks, maintenance of the Risk Log, and management of the project change management process.
  • Publishing reports on time after internal reviews and approvals.
  • Organization of meetings and tracking of action items to closure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is beneficial.

Working Conditions:

  • Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination.
