Business Planning and Analysis Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive financial plans for the India ICS business, including forecasting key drivers and devising annual and long-range plans.
  • Support the Investment Optimization vertical by working with Acquisition teams and IO central teams to devise channel and product mix strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dives on quarterly actualization processes and review quarterly consumer product P&Ls.
  • Provide consultative finance decision support to business heads on various initiatives and CBAs.
  • Drive variance analysis of financials and ensure major variances are researched and accounted for.

You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to understand key business issues and concerns from multiple perspectives. A strong understanding of Amex businesses and demonstrated ability to develop sophisticated financial models is essential.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant or MBA holder with 10-12 years of experience in Finance decision support/FP&A or equivalent role. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as knowledge of accounting processes and systems, are necessary.
