FP&A Manager Role

As a seasoned FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and analysis for our organization. Your expertise in transforming and simplifying planning processes will be instrumental in optimizing business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of analysts to deliver timely analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Owning service delivery as per defined SLAs is crucial for business divisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to automate, simplify, and optimize planning tasks.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive annual planning initiatives.
  • Closely coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop valuable insights for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong commercial reporting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
