Job Description:

The Lead Test Delivery Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of Testing projects across the portfolio. This includes managing customer relationships, internal stakeholder engagement, innovation, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Expand existing portfolio through transformation solutions to customers
  • Optimize costs by aligning with organizational goals and reducing billing loss
  • Ensure realization of existing revenue
  • Build customer trust by delivering innovative solutions and meeting customer needs
  • Manage customer relationships through regular meetings and governance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery as per agreed timelines and quality
  • Prepare and track project plans and conduct task estimation and resource allocation
  • Review key test deliverables and ensure they meet organizational standards
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes
  • Drive idea generation initiatives for improvements and develop accelerators/tools/macros
  • Implement organizational initiatives such as process improvement and automation
  • Participate in conferences and seminars
  • Identify training needs and ensure completion of mandatory trainings
  • Effectively manage teams and maintain a healthy work environment

Education Qualification:

  1. Degree: B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc
  2. Certifications (if any)

Minimum Experience Required:

  1. Overall: 12+ years
  2. Relevant: 4+ years

Domain/Functional Skills:

  • Test Management, Test Strategy/Planning, Test Tools, Automation, Specialized Testing, TDM/TEM, Process Knowledge
  • Customer Management, Team Management, Project Management, Communication, Presentation
  • Financial knowledge (billing, budgeting, PL analysis, invoicing), Pre-Sales
  • Banking/MSC Domain Knowledge
