Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Model Development: Research, design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Hyperparameter Tuning: Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering and ensemble techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ML engineers to validate, train and deploy the models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Data Science.
  • Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Industry Experience: Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling or recommender systems industries.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
