About this Role

We are seeking an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead our team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deploy AI Models: Develop and deploy sophisticated AI models that drive real-world applications and deliver business value.
  • Implement Generative AI Solutions: Utilize platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and HuggingFace Transformers to design and implement innovative generative AI solutions.
  • Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs): Leverage parameter-efficient methods such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA to fine-tune LLMs for enhanced performance and outputs.
  • Develop Intelligent Agents: Use LangChain and LangGraph frameworks to develop intelligent agents that integrate seamlessly with vector databases and other systems.
  • Optimize RAG Pipelines: Design and optimize RAG pipelines integrated with vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate for improved performance and efficiency.
  • Apply Prompt Engineering Techniques: Employ prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and outputs, ensuring the delivery of scalable AI systems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Expertise in AI/ML: Possess 4-6 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI and agentic AI.
  • Hands-on Experience with Generative AI: Have hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM architectures, and open-source models like Mistral and Meta LLaMA.
  • Proficiency in LangChain and LangGraph: Demonstrate proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases: Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.
  • Experience with AI Model APIs: Experience working with OpenAI, HuggingFace, Anthropic Claude, and model APIs.
