Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and performance in an international voice process.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or Deputy Manager Training in an International BPO, with expertise in customer service. Key responsibilities include developing individualized training plans, monitoring program effectiveness, and staying up-to-date on training trends and best practices.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and deliver effective training sessions. As a Training Manager, you will work closely with managers to address learning issues and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality training programs.

Responsibilities Include:
