Electronics and Mechanical Components Technical Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the area of product configuration, ensuring that all aspects of product design and development meet the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanical components, with experience in configuration management, PLM systems, and data management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineering Configuration Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date engineering configurations, including bill of materials (BOM) setup and changes.
- Data Management: Ensures data accuracy and integrity within PLM systems, including metadata population and validation.
- Technical Documentation: Creates and maintains technical documentation, including labels and drawings in Adobe Illustrator and Autodesk AutoCAD.
- Collaboration: Works closely with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of product design lifecycle, new product development processes, and global teamwork experience. Proficient in PLM systems, data management, and technical documentation.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in configuration management, PLM systems, and data management.
