Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Develop Designs: Spearhead the conceptualization and design of interior projects, presenting proposals, concepts, and designs to clients.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and expectations, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentoring junior designers to foster growth and excellence.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
