At MeMeraki, we are pioneering a revolution in the artisan creator economy by harnessing technology to empower artists and artisans. Our mission is to digitize every heritage art and craft of India, creating sustainable livelihoods for artisans in the process.

We are looking for a talented individual with a deep passion for art and culture, who can contribute to our goal of reimagining the future of the artisan creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at our new store location in Delhi, engaging with customers and providing them with an exceptional experience.
  • Coordinate closely with our internal team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Build meaningful customer relationships and drive sales by communicating the value and uniqueness of our artisan-made offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Arts would be an added advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and drive to take ownership of tasks.
  • Passion for spreading the idea of India globally and locally, making a difference in the lives of artists and artisans.
  • Some experience in design using Canva and Photoshop.
  • Available immediately.

What You Will Work On

  • Represent MeMeraki at our new store location in Delhi (Vasant Kunj), situated in a premium retail space.
  • Engage with visitors, answer queries about the artworks, artists, and techniques, and provide a thoughtful and informed customer experience.
  • Coordinate closely with our internal team to manage inventory, fulfill orders, track customer requests, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
