Social Media Manager

">Description:
  • This role is for a Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies, create content, manage social media accounts, optimize social media posts, and engage with the audience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging content, and providing instructions to our design and audio team on adapting content to suit different social media channels. They will also cultivate and maintain a strong, positive presence in our clients' online communities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
  2. Create, curate, and publish engaging content.
  3. Briefing, reviewing, and approving assets with the audio, video, design, and post-production teams.
  4. Provide instructions to our design and audio team on adapting content to suit different social media channels.
  5. Cultivate and maintain a strong, positive presence in our clients' online communities.
  6. Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends.
  7. Track key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  8. Communicate social media authority with clients via email or video calls.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident in making strategic decisions and providing guidance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong copywriting skills).
  • Have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and able to communicate effectively to work within tight timelines.
