Job Title: SharePoint Admin-Lead

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on a leadership role in our organization. As a SharePoint Administrator Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's SharePoint environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage users and groups, including creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and groups, resetting passwords, and assigning licenses.
  • Create and manage M365 Security groups and assign users to these groups through UAR.
  • Own Power Platform service accounts and manage licenses for users, including premium licenses.
  • Create SQL Data Gateways and other integrations as required.
  • Assign and manage various Admin Roles within M365.
  • Add and manage domains.
  • Monitor the health and status of M365 services in the tenant.
  • Establish and manage environment strategy, setup and manage environment & application security using M365 Security groups, and provide appropriate access to users.
  • Setup and manage DLP Policies in Power Platform environments.
  • Create and manage SharePoint sites, manage site access through M365 security groups, and create SQL connections and other integration connections for use in application development.
  • Deploy solutions to environments through pipeline and managed solutions, ensuring that approved CR and documentation is created before production deployment and deployment is scheduled within allowed timeframe as per direction from IT.
  • Manage service accounts and have knowledge on O365 licenses and cost saving.
  • Run analytics to identify usage of licenses across various apps.
