WLAN Firmware Engineer Position

This role involves designing, developing and maintaining WLAN firmware components that implement functional aspects of WLAN features on low memory footprint processors.

About the Role:
  • Designing and developing WLAN firmware components to ensure seamless integration with device drivers and host processors.
  • Unit testing, bug fixing and maintaining existing firmware components for optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge WiFi technologies and solve challenging WiFi design and performance issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Strong ability in C/C++ programming language.
  • Knowledge in developing drivers, embedded systems and data structures.
  • Experience working with low memory systems and code optimization techniques.
  • Good understanding of OS theory and system architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in WLAN protocols (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
