Cotton Cake Production Leadership Opportunity

Hindustan Feeds is a leading agro-based company with manufacturing units in various locations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join our Shrirampur plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production of cotton cake products while meeting company standards and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to the production team.
• Process Optimization & Cost Control: Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize production.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintenance & Equipment: Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular production reports and analyze data to provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production management
• Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment used in cotton cake or related industries
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and process optimization
• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of production planning and quality control methods
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental policies
