Cotton Cake Production Director

Hindustan Feeds, a leading agro-based company in India, is seeking an experienced production professional to oversee the Cotton Cake Plant at our Shrirampur facility.

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

This position requires a strong background in production management, preferably within the food or manufacturing industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality products.

• Production Planning & Control
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives
• Monitor and control production costs, ensuring optimal resource allocation
• Team Leadership
• Foster a positive team environment, providing guidance and training to production staff
• Maintenance & Equipment
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for improvement

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in production management
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
