Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales invoicing and inputting purchase bills in Tally
  • Perform bank reconciliation and payment follow-up
  • Prepare GST sales invoices and other sales documents
  • Make quotations and proforma invoices
  • Manage basic documentation, including billing summaries, proforma, and quotations
  • Process labour contractor bills and create measurement sheets
  • Reconcile colour registers and sample courier receipts
  • Send financial tax invoices and measurement sheets via email
  • Flag inbound sales enquiries and manage labour compliance
  • Send payment reminders and create new trails

Requirements:

  • Strong accounting and billing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
