Job Description

As a Principal User Experience Architect, you will design seamless, scalable experiences for groups of 10+.

Your goal is to create trust-worthy and memorable experiences by translating problems into flows, wireframes, and final UI with clarity and craft.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design journeys for browse, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that feel simple and intuitive.
  2. Define and polish all states (empty, loading, error) so nothing feels broken.
  3. Shape and maintain a lean Design System that ensures consistency without slowing creativity.
  4. Partner closely with Product & Engineering to bring designs to life without overcomplication.
  5. Review live builds and ensure what ships matches the design intent.
  6. Use AI-assisted workflows to cut busywork and spend more time on high-value design.
Requirements
  1. 3–8+ years of product design experience with shipped B2C products.
  2. A portfolio showing real problem solving (not just polished visuals).
  3. Mastery of Figma and a strong sense for structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  4. Ability to communicate decisions clearly and move fast without overthinking.
  5. Awareness of accessibility and how to make designs that feel effortless for everyone.
Nice to Have
  1. Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive work.
  2. Experience with marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboards.
  3. Exposure to motion basics (micro-animations, transitions) that add delight without slowing performance.
