The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UX design and user research, ideally within startups. They should be passionate about adoption-focused product design and simplifying complex concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Simplify & Drive Adoption: Conduct user research to identify friction points and design fluid experiences that encourage ongoing use.
  • Innovate with Gen AI: Explore how the latest AI trends can be integrated into our product to keep insights accessible for all.
  • Full Design Ownership: Guide the entire design cycle from concept and user research to final UI/UX and continuous improvements.
