Sr Identity Access Mgmt Engnr
Overview:
We are seeking an Sr Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure and Security Engineering team.
Main Responsibilities:
- ID Architecture & Governance
- Design secure, policy-driven IAM architecture for workforce and application access.
- Define and enforce least privilege access models.
- Platform Ownership & Integration
- Administer and optimize Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS IAM environments.
- Support PKI solutions and SCEP-based certificate provisioning.
- Workflow Automation & API Integration
- Develop Okta Workflows for identity lifecycle automation.
- Integrate identity processes with third-party systems.
- Privileged Access & Endpoint Identity
- Implement Privileged Access Management tools.
- Support integrations with clinical/workforce access systems.
- Monitoring, Compliance, and Documentation
- Monitor IAM systems and ensure timely response to incidents.
- Maintain detailed documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise IAM engineering roles.
- Expertise in Okta administration and workflow automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and automation scripting.
- Strong background in Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS IAM management.
- Deep understanding of identity standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CIAM or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
