Commercial Development Director

Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Development Director to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region, developing and implementing effective business strategies, and leading a team of agents/POS/PoS/Insurance Consultants. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly targets
- Recruiting and training new agents/POS/PoS/Insurance Consultants
- Conducting regular performance reviews to ensure agents meet their targets

- Leading a team of agents/POS/PoS/Insurance Consultants to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need 10-20 years of experience in business development or a related field, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion.
