Job Role:
Crisis Resolution Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Crisis Resolution Specialist to join our IT operations team. As a key member of our global support environment, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing critical incidents from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Management:
- Monitor infrastructure alerts and notifications in real-time.
- Log tickets based on defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.

Communication & Coordination:
- Facilitate conference bridges involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates and status reports to ensure transparency.

Service Request Handling:
- Raise change tickets using pre-defined templates.
- Execute service requests as per SOPs.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with ISPs/OEMs and Field Engineers for site visits.
- Obtain necessary approvals from Data Center Leads and Logistics teams.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Extract and share reports with appropriate teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Graduate or 3-Year Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
  • Any Graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support coordination within the ITES/BPO industry.

Preferred Certifications:
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation (Trained or Certified preferred).
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework and service management processes.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of network and server devices.
  • Basic understanding of monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM platforms.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
