As a Workday Absence Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and configuration of our Absence Management solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project planning, organization, and governance setup within our framework.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements through workshops.
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module to meet business needs.
  • Monitoring and ensuring alignment of configurations with ongoing support.
  • Designing and executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Providing user assistance during the transition to Workday Absence and delivering training sessions to users.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
  • Collaborating closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of absence management processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management, leave policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent English language skills; additional languages are beneficial.
