Job Title: Financial Transactions Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role for a high-calibre candidate in the finance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, ensuring accurate billing and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:
  1. Verify invoices and resolve any discrepancies with clients.
  2. Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Financial Controllership Role:
  1. Process sponsorship orders and reconcile dealer ledger balances.
  2. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
  3. Manage interface with banks on banking products and clear collections.
  4. Prepare monthly reports and presentations on revenue and collections.
  5. Calculate employee incentives and bonuses.
  6. Ensure adherence to month-end closing checklist and initiate process control measures.
  7. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  8. Exposure to reconciliation of debtors, provision for expenses, cost ledger, vendor payment etc.
  9. Exposure to legal contracts and barter arrangements.
  10. Exposure to budgeting exercises.
  11. Exposure to document management setup.
  12. Customer database maintenance using SAP.
  13. Working knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant qualification.
  • 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in accounting in service industry.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Time Management.
  • Process Management skills.
  • Result Orientation.
