Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive results-driven marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of generating leads for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically launch and manage Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns to drive real leads and revenue.
- Target local and regional SMBs in the USA using a data-driven approach.
- Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and other relevant metrics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning campaign performance and hitting lead and sales KPIs. They will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and landing page optimization.
Requirements:- Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification.
- Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
- Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
- Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
- Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
- Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
