About the Role

As a Business Advisory Manager, you will support our internal controls, governance, risk management, and audit operations. This role ensures that our processes align with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Lead risk analysis across business functions including supply chain, marketing, seller, and customer experience.
  • Create efficiency in processes and ensure business impacts.
  • Assist in building and executing internal audit and enterprise risk management framework.
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain risk register and support mitigation plans.
  • Monitor emerging risks, especially in data privacy, cybersecurity, environmental social governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Perform risk analysis and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate risk-related information to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a chartered accountant or postgraduate in finance.
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
