Tele-Sales Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tele-Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our dermatology products and services over the phone.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Present and promote our dermatology products and services in a professional and effective manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and field sales teams to align sales strategies and maximize results.
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Dermatology Products: Familiarity with dermatology products or medical sales is a plus, but not required.
  • CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
