Senior Data Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to lead the development of our data systems. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data architectures that support our analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture.
  • Lead the data engineering team in implementing best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to maintain data integrity and reliability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.
Requirements
  • 11-17 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
