Job Description

The Reporting Analyst role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency and business strategy. This position ensures accurate, timely reporting and provides analysis that drives decision-making within the contact center.

  • Create and deliver regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad-hoc analysis to stakeholders.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize data insights.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain data accuracy by extracting, cleaning, and validating from multiple systems.
  • Support workforce management with forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Recommend and track process improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and confidentiality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within a contact center or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence/reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to query databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
